It is a 2-dimensional game where you are a capsule with a happy face :) and other yellow capsules appear randomly. Those yellow capsules are the enemies that can take hearts from you, but you can also defend yourself and not only avoid them.
You can shoot them by aiming with the mouse, you can know how many enemies you have killed by looking at the number above,
